Rates and Insurance
The fee for 55-minute sessions is $160. Couples session fees are as follows: 75-minute sessions are $175 and 90-minute sessions are $200. For clients who wish to use insurance, I am in network with Healthchoice Oklahoma only. I file electronically out of network with most all insurance companies on behalf of clients. Contact your provider for specific out of network benefit information (or in network if using HealthChoice).
Payment
HSA, FSA cards, Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal accepted. Credit cards kept on file in a secure database for your convenience.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled therapy appointment and have not given 24 hours notice in advance, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee.
